Prof. Dr. Yusuf Can Erdem
Prof. Dr. Yusuf Can Erdem is a highly accomplished professional with extensive experience in management consulting, marketing, and academia. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management from Middle East Technical University, a Master’s degree from East Carolina University in North Carolina, USA, and a Doctorate from Yeditepe University.
Prof. Dr. Erdem began his career as a management consultant at PwC, where he gained valuable experience in strategic planning, operations management, and business transformation. He then advanced to executive roles in marketing within top-tier companies, notably serving as the General Manager at General Electric-Tradanet, where he led a diverse and global team.
Currently, Prof. Dr. Erdem teaches marketing, sales, customer experience management, customer relationship management, and international marketing courses at various universities and programs. He is also actively involved in training and consultancy projects across different industries, leveraging his practical experience and academic expertise to support organizational growth and success.
